Royal Welsh Show The Royal Welsh Show takes place this year at Builth Wells from Monday 19 to Thursday 22 July. You can avoid the traffic and enjoy a leisurely journey through the beautiful Mid Wales countryside on the special Heart of Wales Line trains. The Heart of Wales Railway Line
The Heart of Wales Railway Line is part of the main rail network....but with a difference. Connecting with main line trains at Swansea and Shrewsbury, this 120 mile line makes its way through some of the most unspoiled parts of Wales. Simply to travel on the line is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There are many wayside stations and halts where you can get off and explore the quiet valleys, forests and hills. The many interesting towns and villages along the way will tempt you, along with spas, castles and other tourist attractions. Overnight accommodation is available at prices to suit all pockets.
